Shipping, Returns & Payments


  • Shipping/Pick Up Options: We offer in-store pickup of kegs, merchandise and bottled wine. All alcohol deliveries (kegs of beer, hard cider and seltzer) are made by NexKeg delivery van to your home or small business. Our kegerator rentals are delivered by NexKeg company vehicles. We also offer FedEx shipment options for glassware and merchandise purchases. We do not offer FedEx shipment of alcohol.


  • Refund/Return Policy: No refunds are provided on alcoholic beverages. Refunds for merchandise and glassware must be requested within 14 days of purchase. If glassware is broken in transit during shipment, we will ship a replacement within 7 days if the item is in stock. If the item is out of stock or is no longer available, we offer a full refund within 14 days of the request. All refund or replacement requests must be received in writing by email to [email protected]


  • Payment Methods: All major US credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover) and cash are acceptable forms of payment.
